Dungeons and Dragons Dark Alliance an Action RPG Video Game

File this under.. Press Release (and I want this!)

Wizards of the Coast today announced that Dark Alliance, the explosive action-RPG video game, will launch on June 22, 2021, bringing the robust world of Dungeons & Dragons to life on PC, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One Consoles and Xbox Series X|S.

Starting today, fans can pre-order the Digital Edition of Dark Alliance for $39.99 online via DarkAlliance.com or the standard edition and retail-exclusive Steelbook® edition for $59.99 at select retailers.

The digital Edition comes in two versions; Standard and Deluxe.  Standard ($39.99) gets you the game itself and a Beholder Weapon Set.  Deluxe ($59.99) gets you the game, the beholder weapon set, lich weapon set, and Echoes of the Blood War expansion (I assume when it is released).

The Steelbook ($59.99) gets you the game, beholder weapon set, lich weapon set, Echoes of the Blood War expansion, an artbook, digital soundtrack, and the steel case cover.

I cannot find any evidence that the Digital Deluxe version comes with the digital soundtrack, but I would be surprised if it didn’t.

Released today, an all-new gameplay trailer for Dark Alliance is viewable here: Dark Alliance – Official Gameplay Trailer – YouTube

Instead of blathering on about the game itself (I mean, it’s Dungeons and Dragons so that automatically means adventure!) I’m just going to show off some of the screen shots:
